It's a remarkable coincidence if also a remarkably dramatic turn of events -- perhaps befitting two Hollywood legends: a day after iconic actress Carrie Fisher died at 60 from complications resulting from a heart attack, her mother, Debbie Reynolds, herself an icon of stage and screen, was also pronounced dead.
